Think of us as your full-service jewelry concierge: we've been in business since 2009 and on D Street in Old Town La Verne since 2017, and our on-site jeweler and staff have over 45 years of experience. We'll walk alongside you every step of the way and keep the whole process simple and stress-free, from the first conversation to the moment you slip it on.

How It Works, Step by Step

Your consultation
Stop by the studio, call, or email us to set up a time, and bring any photos, screenshots, or family stones you love. We'll talk about your style, your budget, and the story behind the ring, plus give you a friendly crash course on diamonds so you know exactly what you're looking at. Live out of town? We work with long-distance couples through photos and video, and for some clients we'll even fly out to meet in person.

Choosing your stone
We don't keep a single tray of diamonds and push whatever's on it. We work with a network of diamond wholesalers to bring you a hand-picked selection, so our advice stays honest and you get the best diamond for your budget. Natural or lab-grown, we'll explain the differences in plain English and help you choose.

Your design preview
Next we turn ideas into a design you can see. Depending on the ring, that's a mock-up and a 3D computer (CAD) rendering, so you can check every angle before anything is made. There's no set number of changes: we'll keep fine-tuning it with you until it's exactly right.

Crafting your ring
Once you approve the design, our in-house bench jeweler handcrafts the setting to show off your stone at its best. Your diamond is set by hand right here in the studio. Most custom rings take about 2-3 weeks from design approval to finished ring.

Final fitting and pickup
When your ring is ready, we'll call you to come in, try it on, and make sure the fit is perfect. We'll also show you how to care for it so it sparkles for years. If you're working with us from a distance, we can ship it overnight right to your door. The rest is up to you!

Questions Couples Ask
How long does a custom ring take?
Most custom rings take about 2-3 weeks from design approval to finished ring. If you have a proposal date in mind, tell us at your consultation and we'll plan around it.
How much does a custom engagement ring cost?
It depends on the stone and the design, and we'll build the ring around your budget. Come in or give us a call at 909-593-0748 and we'll talk numbers with you.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. We ask for a 20% deposit to get started, and the balance is due when you pick up your ring.
Can you use a stone or gold from a family ring?
Yes. We can reset a sentimental stone in a brand-new design, and we can melt down and reuse your gold, so a family piece becomes something you'll wear every day.
Do you offer lab-grown diamonds?
Yes. We make custom rings with both natural and lab-grown diamonds, and we're happy to walk you through the pros and cons of each. Read our guide: Natural vs Lab Grown Diamonds.
Can you make a matching wedding band?
